Your 10 Year Plan
This is your foundation year where your long-term game plan is created and mapped out, including discovering your wants and needs, identifying your goals and the evidence-based strategies to help you meet them, and attaining your first investment.
All your loans, budget, investment, tax and protection needs are accurately addressed. Once a strategy is created, you can begin the investing process with your first property tailored to your goals.
A full lending and financial situation analysis is conducted and you receive sound advice from a Logic Partners Adviser (LPA) and Logic Partners Broker (LPB), as well as receive complimentary consultations by external professionals such as accountants, and legal and financial planners.
After your first year, we review:
- Your budget
- Property performance
- Loan balances
- New valuations
- Borrowing capacity assessments
- Mortgage reduction plan performance (if applicable)
At their first review, 9 out of 10 of Logic Partners clients find they are now in a position where they have more equity to invest. Therefore, we create a new strategy to execute on additional properties. At each annual review, we will continue assessing your circumstances and building further strategies to help reach your goal.
